Age requirementMinimum age is 25. Drivers age 21–24 may be allowed only with proof their driver’s license has been held for at least 3 years.
24-hour rental dayMinimum charge is one day. A late-return fee applies at 2+ hours; a daily charge applies at 8+ hours after the reserved return time.
Authorized drivers onlyOnly the renter and an additional driver named on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.
Fuel requirementReturn the vehicle with the same fuel level. All vehicles require manufacturer-recommended Premium fuel.
Report within 2 hoursAccidents, damage or theft, including relevant pictures/videos, must be reported to both the Police Station and Lessor within two hours.
C. ROCKAUTO RENTALS — General Rental Requirements & Rental Agreement

GENERAL RENTAL REQUIREMENTS OF C.ROCKAUTO RENTALS

A. Rental Rates: Daily Rentals are based on a 24 hour “rental day” starting the time of rental. The minimum charge is one day. The renter will be charged for each hour and/or any part of an hour more than a rental day the renter keeps the vehicle, until the vehicle is returned, up to the applicable daily rate. A late return fee will apply if the vehicle is returned 2 hours or more after the reserved return date and time while a daily charge will apply if the vehicle is returned 8 hours or more after the reserved return date and time.

B. Driving Age: The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 25 years of age. We can however allow ages 21 to 24 with proof that driver’s license is 3 years and older.

C. Authorized Drivers: The vehicle may be driven only by an authorized driver. An authorized driver is the renter and any additional person whose name appears on the signed rental agreement as the additional driver. All additional drivers must satisfy our driving age requirements.

D. Fuel Policy: All vehicles need to be returned with the same amount of fuel as when it was picked up. Otherwise, a fuel charge will be added to your rental contract. All our vehicles require Premium fuel recommended by the manufacturer.

Rental Agreement

C.ROCKAUTO RENTALS hereinafter called the “Lessor” hereby rents, to the person whose acceptance appears on the Agreement, hereinafter called the “Renter”.

  1. (a) Renter will return the vehicle, together with all tires, tools, accessories and equipment to C.ROCKAUTO Rentals on the date specified or sooner upon demand by Lessor.
    (b) The Lessor may allow the renter to return the vehicle to a different location at the end of the rental period as a courtesy to the renter.
  2. The vehicle will not be operated:
    (a) To carry passengers or property for hire;
    (b) To propel or tow any vehicle or trailer or any other object;
    (c) In any race, test or contest;
    (d) Operated by any other person than the renter or the authorized driver. If the vehicle is given to any other personnel, the renter will be fully responsible if there should be any accident involving the rental car and any other vehicle;
    (e) To commit any form of illegal activities.
  3. Renter expressly acknowledged personal liability and shall pay Lessor on demand:
    (a) Time, premium insurance and any other charges listed on the rental form;
    (b) All parking, traffic charges or any other legal violations where caused through the fault of the Renter;
    (c) Lessor’s costs to repair collisions or damages to vehicle while in Renter’s possession.

All costs incurred by Lessor will bear interest at 3% per month as of the date of Renter’s default.

Policies cover 60% of damages in accidents excluding minors, interiors, tires, roof of vehicle and any other vehicle in the accident.

Two-hour reporting requirement: Renter is obligated to report all occurrences pertinent to the vehicle, such as accidents and damages (inclusive of videos and pictures) or theft within two hours thereafter to both the Police Station and Lessor.

Agreement version CROCKAUTO-2026-10-04-FULL. The booking-specific vehicle, rental period, rates, charges, deposit, fuel/condition and payment information form part of this agreement.
